환불 정책


1. Return Period

  • Returns can be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Return Conditions

  • To receive a full refund, items must be unopened, unused, and complete with their original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • If signs of opening or usage are found during inspection, a restocking fee and value deduction of up to 40% may apply depending on the item's condition, and a return shipping fee will be charged. (Return shipping costs for a change of mind are the customer's responsibility)
  • Natural discoloration, staining, or seasoning effects inherent to stainless steel, carbon steel, or non-stick materials are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return.
  • If a complimentary gift was included with your order, the full retail value of the gift will be deducted from your refund if it is not returned together with the item.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return due to change of mind.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Responsibility

  • Change of Mind: Return shipping costs for a change of mind are the customer's responsibility.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of product damage, wrong items, or manufacturing defects, Chefwin will cover 100% of the return shipping fee and process a full replacement or full refund.
  • You are responsible for safely packaging the return item using its original box and cushioning. Damage incurred during transit due to inadequate packaging will be the customer's responsibility.

4. Return Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at chefwinshop@gmail.com with your [Order Number, Full Name, Reason for Return, and photos of the product and packaging].
    • ※ For free returns due to product defects, please attach photos showing the damage/defect so we can verify and process a free return for you.
  2. Approval & Instructions: Once our team reviews your request, we will reply with return instructions and the shipping address for our Texas warehouse.
  3. Shipping & Inspection: Upon arrival at our Texas warehouse, our quality control team will inspect the item.
  4. Refund Completion: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days after inspection. (It may take additional time for the credit to reflect in your account depending on your card issuer/bank.)
